Welcome to Hanaa Care (hanaacare.com). By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Hanaa Care sells wellness and personal care devices, including our Smart Heating & Massage Belt. All product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of listing.

2. Orders & Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and advance online payment via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank transfer to any bank in Pakistan. Customers who pay in advance online receive a 5% discount on their order total. All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Order Verification
We reserve the right to contact customers via call or WhatsApp to confirm orders before dispatch. Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled.

4. Shipping
Please refer to our Shipping Policy for estimated delivery timelines. Hanaa Care is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns, Refunds & Warranty
All returns, refunds, and warranty claims are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, available on our website.

6. Product Use
Our heating pad is intended for general comfort and wellness use only. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Customers with pre-existing medical conditions, pregnancy, or skin sensitivities should consult a doctor before use.

7. Limitation of Liability
Hanaa Care is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, misuse, or delivery delays, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
